Though this hardly ever happens, this is of course a great consideration. Firstly, we’re extremely resourceful in providing new vans to take over a journey, assuming the cargo can be safely transferred. Otherwise, we have breakdown cover that will recover the vehicle quickly and enable us to arrange an alternative van locally. If in the unlikely event that your cargo is damaged in an accident, we have insurance to claim against (limits apply), but will always work with our clients to resolve any implications involved to their complete satisfaction, including reduced pricing if we’re late.

That’s fine. We’re in direct contact with the driver so it’s only a phone call away. You may wish to add a delivery address or send the vehicle back to collection for more goods…we’re flexible enough to react quickly to any changing needs.

Ahead of Brexit, in 2009, we welcomed Samphire Cargo to our group of companies. Samphire are a customs clearance agent based in Dover who handle all of our customs declarations so we have in-house capabilities to help with your needs.

We provide a wide range of van sizes from small vans with dimensions of 120x100x100cms (Length x Width x Height) through to a Jumbo Luton van with dimensions of 490x220x250cms. We’ll match the vehicle to your needs.
