Q: What happens if I cancel the vehicle?
A: If the cancellation is made before 6pm of the day prior, a refund* will be given, less a £25 admin charge. If the cancellation is after this time, 50% will be returned*.
*We aim to process refunds within 5 working days.

 

Q: How long do I have to load/unload the vehicle?
A: You have 30 minutes to load the vehicle and 30 minutes to unload the vehicle. Charges will apply thereafter as follows:

Small Van to Luton Van = £15 per 30 minutes or part thereof
7.5tonner = £25 per 30 minutes or part thereof

If you know you will need longer than 30 minutes, please call us before booking and we will provide a more competitive quotation that incorporates the time needed. (The above figures are for unarranged waiting).

 

Q: Will the driver help to load/unload the vehicle?
A: It will be your responsibility to load/unload the vehicle however if you would like the driver to assist, please call us prior to booking for us to include this in our quotation/planning.
